1 General Provisions

ku 9apps is an online gaming and betting platform. These terms ("Agreement") form a binding legal agreement between the company operating the platform ("ku 9apps") and the user ("you" or "member"). By accessing this platform or using any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

To open an account with ku 9apps, the following conditions must be met:

You must be at least 21 years old.
You must provide accurate and truthful personal information — including your name, mobile number, and any other required details.
Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited.
It is the member's sole responsibility to keep their account information up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. ku 9apps will not be held responsible for unauthorised use by a third party.

During account verification, ku 9apps may request a National ID card or other government-issued identity document. ku 9apps reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account if information is found to be false or misleading.

3 Account Use and Prohibited Activities

Members must not engage in the following activities:

Using the account for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
Using software, bots, or automated methods to interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
Improperly claiming bonus or promotion benefits through multiple accounts.
Attempting to access another member's account or steal account credentials.
Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
Threatening, harassing, or discriminating against other members or staff.

If a prohibited activity is suspected, ku 9apps may immediately suspend the account and freeze the balance during the investigation. If the violation is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and the relevant funds may be forfeited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

ku 9apps currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major national banks).

Minimum deposit: ৳500.
Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
Members must only use payment accounts registered in their own name.
Using a third-party payment account is prohibited.

Before approving a withdrawal request, ku 9apps may require the member to complete identity verification (KYC). Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in the withdrawal being held.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ku 9apps offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. Accepting the bonus will apply a 25x wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳1,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000; in this case, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

The bonus can be received only once — any attempt to claim it across multiple accounts by the same person will result in cancellation.
If a bonus is not used within a specified time limit, it may be cancelled.
ku 9apps reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
Breaching bonus terms may result in the bonus and any winnings derived from it being forfeited.

6 VIP and Cashback Programme

ku 9apps's VIP programme has five tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier provides a weekly cashback benefit calculated on the net loss for that week, at maximum rates of 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%, and 1.0% respectively.

Example: a Gold-tier member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback.

Cashback will be credited to the account automatically each week.
VIP tier status may be reduced or cancelled due to fraud or a breach of terms.
ku 9apps reserves the right to change cashback amounts.

7 Betting and Game Rules

ku 9apps offers sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and many other types of games. Each game or betting category may have its own detailed rules, which can be found on the relevant section or game page.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
If a technical error causes a bet to return an incorrect result, ku 9apps reserves the right to void that bet and refund the original stake.
If an event is cancelled or postponed, a decision regarding the related bet will be made in accordance with the applicable rules.
In the event of any dispute regarding a game result, ku 9apps's decision will be considered final.

8 Security and Privacy

Member account information is never sold to third parties.
Information may be disclosed to authorities when required by legal obligation.

9 Responsible Gaming

ku 9apps believes that gambling and betting are a form of entertainment, not a source of income. The platform is committed to promoting a culture of responsible gaming. Members can set deposit limits or betting limits on their own accounts.

10 Service Suspension and Account Closure

In the following circumstances, ku 9apps may suspend or close a member's account without prior notice:

Registration using false information.

Suspicion of money laundering.
The member submits a self-exclusion request.

After an account is closed, ku 9apps will decide on the return of any valid balance — if one exists and is not affected by forfeiture.

11 Limitation of Liability

ku 9apps is not liable for:

Loss suffered by a member due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
Actions or decisions by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution, and others).
Disclosure of a password or account details due to the member's own negligence.
Service disruption caused by unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, government directives, etc.).

In any circumstance, ku 9apps's total liability will be limited to the actual balance held in the member's account.

12 Intellectual Property and Content Rights

All content on the ku 9apps platform — logos, designs, software, text, and graphics — is protected under the intellectual property rights of ku 9apps or its licensors. Members may use the platform for personal use, but republishing, distributing, or modifying any content for commercial purposes is prohibited.
