View casino games and live tablesHow weekly cashback works
Each week, your total losses minus your total wins give a net loss figure, and a set percentage of that amount is returned to your account. The rate depends on your VIP tier — the higher the tier, the higher the cashback.
Calculation example
Tier: Gold
Weekly net loss: ৳20,000
Cashback rate: 0.6%
Cashback: ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 (maximum amount at that tier)
Please note — cashback reduces the impact of losses slightly, but it is not a guarantee of winning; always play within your means.

Understand RTP and volatility before choosing a slot
RTP (Return to Player) is the share returned to players on average across millions of spins over the long term — it is not a guarantee for any single session, but a statistical average. Slots typically have an RTP of around 94–97%. For example, Fortune Mouse (PG Soft) has a max RTP of 96.96%.
Low Volatility
Small wins come frequently — suitable if you want to keep your balance going for longer and play more rounds at lower stakes. Large single payouts are comparatively rare.
Medium Volatility
There is a balance between how often wins occur and how large they are. The most popular category for players who want a moderate level of risk.
High Volatility
There may be no big wins for a long time, but the multiplier can be very high on the right spin. Suited for players with a larger budget and patience.
Progressive Jackpot: A small portion of each bet goes into a central pool — the more it is played, the larger the pool grows. One lucky player can win the entire amount at once.
Choosing a slot based on your budget: If you are starting with a low budget, choose low or medium volatility slots so you can play longer. If you want to try bonus features, prioritize slots with free spins. Never bet more than you can afford.
Remember — slots are for entertainment; there is no guarantee of winning. Always play responsibly.
How fast is withdrawal?
Withdrawal methods, processing time, and minimum amount at a glance.
Withdraw using all familiar local methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
Withdrawals across all methods are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 for any method.
If your account is verified, payouts are processed faster and payments always go to the player's own registered account or wallet.

Sports Betting vs Casino Games
A straightforward comparison to help you understand which suits you better.
| Category | Sports Betting | Casino Games |
|---|---|---|
| How the outcome is determined | Depends on real match events. | Determined by a random number generator or dealer's cards. |
| Role of research | Analysing team form, pitch, and weather can influence decisions. | Knowing the rules and strategy gives a slight edge, but outcomes are largely chance-based. |
| Speed | Tied to match timing — in-play betting requires quick decisions. | Each round or spin is over in a few seconds. |
| Session length | A match can last for hours — you need to plan your time. | Sessions can be as short or as long as you like. |
| Bookmaker margin or house edge | The bookmaker's margin is built into the odds. | A fixed house edge applies to every round, varying by game. |
| Who it suits | Those who love sports and enjoy analysis. | Those who prefer quick results and a variety of games. |
Both sections are available on ku 9apps under the same account. Read the cricket betting guide or browse the slots collection and decide for yourself.
